We are a husband and wife team who worked together and opened our online hijab store, SAMA Modesty, October 2019. His name begins with "SA," and her name ends with "MA" - and so came the name "SAMA." "SAMA" also means "sky" as well as "high" in Arabic, so it fit even better!

We visited Turkey and fell in love with not only the country as a whole but also the prevalence and quality of hijab fashion. One idea led to another and then SAMA Modesty was born!
